We specialize in supporting Japanese companies and public institutions with their operations in Taiwan, as well as Taiwanese and global companies and public institutions with their operations in Japan. Our services encompass sales representation (Agency, Distribution), operational representation, and supplier management. Additionally, we leverage opportunities to propose and support global expansion into regions such as Southeast Asia, America, and Europe.

For projects that are not yet in the phase of establishing a local subsidiary, we offer services designed to build and accelerate local business while minimizing risks.

3. Investment

Investment is essential for business success, and we play the following roles:

First, we connect investors and businesses. We link investors with businesses in Japan, Taiwan, and the world. We assist with various needs, including angel investment and VC investment for startups, fund investments, M&A, business succession, and capital alliances. When opportunities arise, we also engage in self-investment to directly support business growth.

Second, we manage cross-border PMI (Post Merger Integration). The key to successful cross-border M&A is PMI, yet both Japanese and Taiwanese companies often struggle with it, resulting in missed synergies and investment returns initially envisioned.
